The varied five course dinner menu changes daily and always offers a vegetarian option. In addition the Garden Restaurant also offers an extensive a la carte menu featuring fresh Guernsey seafood and fish. Lunches and suppers at Le Chalet Hotel are also available in the Fermain Valley Lounge Bar and Terrace overlooking the valley and islands.
